Q. When was SpyMySupplier created?
A. Spy my supplier was created in early 2009 by three friends.
Q. Who operates SpyMySupplier?
A. SpyMySupplier is operated by 45 employees working in 3 different offices, based in Hong Kong, Taipei and Beijing.
Q. Where are our reports processed?
A. All the reports are cordinated from our offices. We have representatives everywhere in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Inside check ups are done on the spot. (in the factory, port, etc..)
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office hours are 8-17 based on local time, but our representatives work 24/7 to deliver best quality possible.
Q. How long will it take to get my report?
A. Usualy online reports will not take more than 24 hours and inside investigation shouldn't take more than 2-3 working days. All of the informaton is searched and verified using live sources, none of the information is automatically generated.
Q. What does these verifications cover?
A. Our verifications refers to any countries in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Q. Where do we get all the information about companies?
A. We use information from official goverment sources, third party databases, live inspections and the information only law firms registered in the mentioned countries can access.
Q. How long is the information valid?
A. The information can change any time. We give you information which is based on live status of the company.
Q. What information do I need to provide in order to buy company report?
A. To provide you information about the company we need: Company name (in English or Chinese) or additional indentifying information of the company. (Like adress, company number, website, business card, contact banking information, invoice, Alibaba profile, etc..)
Q. What if I don't know if I have right information?
A. We are here to help you! Just ask, we will tell what kind of information you need to provide. The more info you give the more accurate information is going to be.
Q. What happens if the company I am searching for is a scam?
A. We will inform you right away if the company you are searching is a fraud or not.
Q. What are the paynment options?
A. We accept Paypal and Credit cards. If these methods are not possible for you, please contact our support.
Q. How we process refunds?
A. Unfortunately there are no refunds for services given. Less than 0.1% of our customers ask for a refund.
Q. Why didn't I recieve my report?
A. Check your spam box or contact the support.
Q. Will your supplier know that someone was checking on them?
A. No. Our services are 100% anonymous and private. Your supplier will not be contacted or notified.
